Amongst ourselves in our group, we created a shared notes file where we wrote down (level by level) a list of all the sounds that we needed to collect for the project. We then spoke about which of these sounds we were each able to/ going to do, and ticked them off one by one as we completed them, so that we could all know exactly how many were done in real-time. This allowed us to keep track of where we were in the process of this project, and to ensure we got all the sounds done in time.
In our discussions about who would do which sounds, we spoke about suitability based on our interests, capabilities, as well physical limitations we may have in terms of resources. We decided that I would take care of the musical scoring elements (such as the piece morning sunrise).
